What’s in the Box: Mytheresa Edition
My most-worn pieces, all from one place
A proud core personality trait (especially when it comes to shopping) is loyalty. Mytheresa has always been one of my favorite places to shop simply because the edit is top tier. The selection is tight, service is seamless, and the boxes arrive in record time looking like someone actually cared.
Ahead of wishlist season, I wanted to share pieces I own and wear constantly, should you be looking for worthy items to add to your list!
Starting with my most recent (and very exciting) package: a pair of pants I already own and love, in a new color. If you’ve been around me for any length of time you know I’m relentless about brown pants (more on that below), and my gateway drug was this exact corduroy pair in chocolate. They’re a weekly staple.
The beige pair will be the perfect way to do winter white IMO, thanks to the perfect off-white hue and texture. Here’s a better look at how I styled the brown pair right as the seasons were changing.
If cords aren’t your thing, these brown jeans are the next best. I’ve been wearing them every week since the end of summer and they’ve earned a permanent home on that chair in my room with the pile of everything I’ve yet to put away.
Whether I’ve convinced you on brown denim or not, I’m confident this medium blue wash is exceptional. I have the same style in a taupe color and the fit is perfect, so naturally when I saw these on the new arrivals page, I couldn’t say no. They also look amazing with (any) ballet flats, my other ongoing obsession.
A quick moment for more flats, more brown pants, and more of this outfit featuring the sweater of my dreams that I wore for about a week straight the last time I was home between the Cape and Nantucket.
Most sane people don’t travel in regular pants, but I do—this exact pair, to be precise. They’re not really denim and not really chinos, but are a perfect in-between that have been working really nicely for everything I’ve been up to lately.
After my flight back to California with a t-shirt and hoodie, I wore them to a dinner with suede and these amazing heeled boots that I plan to wear every single time I leave the house past 5pm this fall/winter.
Another reason I love Mytheresa is the brand discovery. I’ve been an Extreme Cashmere fan for a while now, but Mytheresa is actually how I found the brand in the first place, along with Lisa Yang. They always seem to have the labels you don’t see as much of everywhere else. I just ordered the Oldie sweater and it’s 100% coming in my suitcase when I head back East later this week.
I may or may not have pulled the trigger on another wishlist item at the same time during a flash sale…
On top of that, their new arrivals page is constantly being refreshed. If you have your eye on a current-season piece, it’s usually worth waiting to order it through Mytheresa. I scored The Row Sally bag early directly from the brand, but I can almost guarantee it’ll show up on MyT any day now.
