Summer is flying by and I’m soaking up every second while simultaneously reminding myself we have until at least early September before any panic should set in. San Francisco only starts to warm up in August, but after getting back from vacation, I spent about 5 days in California before heading out for a true East Coast summer.

So here’s a mix of what I’ve been wearing at home on Cape Cod, plus a few other things I’ve loved in July.
Starting with what I wore straight off the plane: this set paired with a light trench, which proved to be a very functional combination. Pajama styling is no new trick, but it felt especially appropriate for the long haul and fresh for walking around in the humid city.

As for what I’ve been wearing while staying put, the majority of my plans at home are super low-key, as they should be. Naturally, these outfits are all about ease while still feeling somewhat put together. Think looks for being by the water, on a boat, at an early dinner, grabbing a drink or just strolling around town.

Long shorts or Bermudas (whichever you prefer) have always been a go-to. If you haven’t already picked up a pair this season, they’re a great transitional item to wear with knits and light outerwear come early fall when getting dressed to suit the weather feels chaotic.
The style I’m wearing below falls more into culotte territory but received so much love when I first shared on stories. Not by The Row, but instead Dosa, which is very much adjacent but slightly more whimsy. The collections are made of small batch textiles, hence why they feel more personal, a little vintage and slightly harder to come by.
My exact pair has been challenging to track down but TRR and La Garçonne both have incredible an selection of Dosa right now.

A few more favorites this month—
My daily beverage lineup is basically my entire personality, I’m a true creature of habit. I’ve been making matcha with these travel sachets no matter where I am, including mid-air. For true at home matcha, it doesn’t get better than this. Also loving this hydration support, it’s clean, not sugary, and so good with an extra squeeze of lemon.
I’m fully embracing air dry season (aren’t we all?) and my hair has never been healthier. To be honest I could never pull this off before getting regular keratin treatments, but I’ve found the real trick is applying this one product while my hair is still wet. I also think adding a high quality collagen makes a difference.
If you looked in my bag right now, you'd find at least three different SPFs. On true no makeup days, this one gives a nice dewy finish and layers well with skincare (there's a body version too). When I'm adding a little makeup on top, this one is my go-to.
For neck/chest/arms, nothing beats this, it feels more like a lotion than sunscreen and smells heavenly (Code: HELEN15). This serum was actually formulated to speed up skin recovery after clinical treatments like microneedling, so I’ve been using it on days my face got a little too much sun— seemed like the same logic should apply!
Saving pre-fall stuff for a later send, enjoy the rest of summer!! x

So good. The East Coast looks beautiful. I was wondering if you get your The Row flats (such as the June mules and Round Toe Ballet Flats) resoled? Thank you 🤍
Wow, Sharon’s photography skills are really improving!
